(I’m using Tila Tequila as an example because of the outrage surrounding her VH1 show “A shot at love”)

Fake celebs are bound to show up in regular programming these days. They are on the radio hawking songs we still haven’t heard, on the television talking about projects that have tanked, etc etc. And yet they still pop up everywhere.

Let’s take Tila Tequila, for example. I applaud the girl, she’s gotten more out of Myspace than anyone else. now she’s doing a show on VH1 which is supposed to be based on the fact that Tila Tequila is – gasp – a bisexual.

It’s not a secret. Tila has been hawking the fact that she’s bisexual and using it to her advantage for years. It’s even been posted on her site.

So what is your initial response to fake celebs?

I saw a fake kelly clarkson and lady gaga. do they think we were born yesterday????
I’m not talking about those ‘funny’ trolls we see when they want to be funny. these are people who are courteous in their answers . . . but, where do you get off pretending to be an actual celebrity. . . . like if they have time to go on here and let people know

In Penelope Cruz’s profile, her “about me” thing is just copied from Wikipedia! LOL! look at it and wikipedia!!!!! The only difference is they changed it to first person!!!!!!! “Yahoo! Exposed!!!!!” LOL!
First two answerers…you’re kind of thick-headed. That’s ok, you belong on this site. no one will convince me that celebs are SO busy that they don’t have the time to type up something about themselves. I knew all along these were fake celebs.
